Faculty of Law University of Belgrade Contract

This contract is entered into by and between the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade, hereinafter referred to as “the Faculty,” and the undersigned party, hereinafter referred to as “the Student.”

Article 1: Obligations Faculty	Article 2: Obligations Student
The Faculty shall provide the Student with high-quality legal education in accordance with the curriculum and requirements set forth by the University of Belgrade.	The Student shall attend all lectures, seminars, and examinations as prescribed by the Faculty and shall adhere to the academic and ethical standards set forth by the University of Belgrade.
The Faculty shall assign qualified professors and instructors to teach courses and provide guidance and support to the Student throughout their academic journey.	The Student shall maintain a high level of academic performance and shall not engage in any form of academic dishonesty or misconduct.
The Faculty shall ensure that the Student has access to necessary resources, including library facilities, research materials, and academic counseling services.	The Student shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Faculty, including but not limited to, enrollment procedures, tuition payment, and disciplinary measures.

In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this contract as of the date first above written.
